Online contribution through eNPS mode in NPS account, credit of units for will take at least T+1 working day and is subject to receipt of clear funds from Payment Gateway Service Provider.
Contribution made through D-remit Mode till 11 AM shall be considered on T day settlement.
Contribution made through Nodal Office in NPS account, credit of units for will take at least T+2 working days and is subject to receipt of clear funds from Payment Gateway Service Provider.
Please check the Transaction Statement for credit of units after T+2 basis.
Saturday, Sunday, settlement holidays and public holidays are excluded from the timelines.

                                   To rectify any error in contribution through https://nps.kfintech.com  portal or D-remit mode,
                                    
                                    1.	Raise a ERM request (uder Service request) or grievance on CRA portal.  

2.	Required documents to be sent to CRA on email ID - npssupport@kfintech.com within 7 days from date of transaction and in case of contribution through D-remit, required documents to be sent within 15 days from date of transaction.
