                                   To rectify any error in contribution through https://nps.kfintech.com  portal or D-remit mode,
                                    
                                    1.	Raise a ERM request (uder Service request) or grievance on CRA portal.  

2.	Required documents to be sent to CRA on email ID - kcra.pop@kfintech.com within 7 days from date of transaction and in case of contribution through D-remit, required documents to be sent within 15 days from date of transaction.
